CW Bailey Film: EGGSTRATERRESTRIAL EASTER

Eggstraterrestrial Easter was a blast for me to put together so I thought I'd share a bit of the process. I started with a brief that was straightforward and a title that described what the client wanted. We had a very short turnaround for this so I couldn't waste any time with it. I began with a pencil sketch which we sent for approval.

Once that was approved I created the egg and the tentacles in Cinema 4D and began to experiment with how I would break the egg and get ooze to come from the cracks.

Then I created the camera move and animated the egg and tentacles. I used a cloth simulation to get the egg shell to collapse realistically around the animated tentacles.
